Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Up to 3 months before the start of the vacation no cancellation fees.From 3 months before the start of the vacation 30% cancellation costs, 1 month to 1 week before the start of the vacation 50% will be charged. From 1 week before the start of the vacation or early departure we charge 90 % of the booked stay.
The booking conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations apply. A booking is a sales contract! In case of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. Everybody can get in the way (illness, accident, ...). We recommend to take out a travel insurance for this case.
