Also, just a few kilometres away are the Hinterreitlifte, the Natrunbahn or the Abergbahn, which are ideal for a leisurely family ski day.
Another combination of winter magic and adventure is offered by the 6 km long illuminated winter toboggan run on the Biberg in Saalfelden. Enjoy the fantastic, idyllic views of the Saalfelden basin & the Steinerne Meer on a toboggan ride. Why not take a wonderful winter hike and explore the snow-covered forests and indulge in culinary delights at the rustic mountain inns along the toboggan run and hiking trails. The tour continues at the Saalfelden ice rink at Ritzensee - but this time with different blades, the ice skates.
